My lawful bases include providing the services you request, complying with legal obligations and my legitimate interests in running my practice. Health information is subject to additional legal protections and confidentiality requirements.

Clinical records are stored securely using Noterro, my practice-management system. Some information is also held in protected email, computer, backup and paper records.
I do not sell your information. I only share it when necessary and lawful, including with service providers, with your permission for your care, or for legal, insurance or safeguarding purposes.
Some providers may process information outside the UK, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Adult clinical records are normally kept for at least seven years after the last treatment. Records of clients treated as children are kept until at least age 25. Records may be kept longer where necessary.
Other information is kept only for as long as required.
You can request access to your information, ask for corrections and exercise other data protection rights, including requesting deletion where applicable.
